The Cove 48" curler can be setup for multiple configurations
Double deck single side right hand discharge
Double deck single side left hand discharge
Double deck right and left hand discharge
Single deck right and left hand discharge

All configurations use most of the same basic components.
So, if there are multiple units with multiple configurations in the same plant most of the components are interchangeable.
The curler can be setup to form ends from a 200 diameter to a 603 diameter.
The segments are ground for lead-in, which makes setup very easy.
All that is needed is to set the basic diameter on part of one segment; and then swing an indicator to set the same dimension on the rest of the segments.
The curler ring can be made with double grooves to accommodate two different curl diameters, within reason. This can be done without resetting the segments and without taking the curler completely apart. The change over is fast and easy.
